📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain operational, management, and executive dashboards using Power BI • Create and support SSRS reports and reporting frameworks • Develop complex data models, KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions • Build custom and standard reports aligned with business and contractual reporting requirements • Deliver reporting solutions supporting data-driven decision making • Manage the lifecycle of reporting solutions from design and deployment through enhancement and retirement • Provide production support for reporting platforms and dashboards • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, dashboard issues, and reporting failures • Monitor report refresh schedules and ensure successful report delivery • Maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and process documentation • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and datasets • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities • Work with multiple data sources and databases to ensure accurate reporting • Support data governance and reporting best practices • Configure, administer, and support reporting and workflow automation platforms • Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency • Support integrations between reporting systems, databases, and business applications • Assist with automation initiatives improving reporting efficiency, data quality, and delivery timelines • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to maintain reporting platform stability • Partner with business leaders and operational teams to understand reporting needs • Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to stakeholders • Provide training and support to end users on reporting tools and dashboards • Advise on reporting strategy and analytics improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments • Experience working with ITSM, service management, operational, or business performance reporting • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and reporting platforms • Experience supporting automated reporting and data integration solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, Dataflows, Semantic Models) • Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot; VBA preferred) • Advanced SQL development • Microsoft SQL Server • Database performance optimization • Data modeling and relational database concepts • ETL and data transformation processes • Data quality management • Workflow and reporting automation platforms • HTML • Basic web technologies (CSS, JavaScript preferred) • Scripting and process automation • API and data integration concepts • Data warehousing concepts • Business analysis and requirements gathering • Root cause analysis • Statistical and trend analysis • Data governance principles • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
