📋 Description

• Design and build capabilities that create Virtual Agents - an “Agent Factory” • Robustly evaluate the agent creation process through experimentation against benchmarks • Implement code generation capabilities specialized for encoding workflows based on customer documentation • Drive uptake of capabilities with customer-facing technical teams • Utilize best-in-class capabilities to deliver automation • Research and invent novel capabilities for gaps in the industry • Participate in the machine learning community to influence implementation of machine learning and computer vision technologies • Contribute full-stack development, including software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps, along with project management

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive AI and machine learning expert familiar with leveraging and creating AI capabilities • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and present new ideas • Knowledge of Agentic development and mechanisms to guide state-of-the-art LLMs • Expert knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities • Problem-solving and project management skills to analyze workflows and design automated solutions • Strong Python and engineering skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Willingness to travel to company-wide off-sites three times per year • Experience working in a fully remote, international team (preferred) • Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration platforms (preferred) • Previous startup experience (preferred) • MLOps practices and tools experience, monitoring machine learning systems in production (preferred) • Knowledge of browser-based automation methods, such as playwright (preferred) • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as GitLab CI, Argo CD (preferred) • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferred) • Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform (preferred)
