📋 Description

• Provide franchisees with industry training and support in the assigned region while driving profitability • Participate in new store launches • Implement the franchisee store startup program, including operational training and marketing assessments • Contact franchise owners before and after opening and support pre-opening schedules, training, shift control, scheduling, ordering, and daily/nightly paperwork • Communicate opening milestones, potential delays, and issues to the Operations Manager and other personnel • Follow up with restaurants after opening and visit underperforming stores • Develop action plans with the Operations Manager to address deficiencies and ensure brand standards • Visit all stores at least two times per year • Improve operational standards through guidance, training, and management-skills development • Train and reinforce compliance with the franchise model and system • Instruct franchisees and employees on safe equipment and product operation and handling • Examine P&L statements and advise franchisees on best practices • Consult with franchisees to identify needs and opportunities and determine investigation scope • Advise the Support Department on franchisee issues and follow up on its behalf • Compile brand-compliance data and help franchisees upgrade their image • Assist corporate planning of regional meetings • Complete, maintain, and process required paperwork, records, and daily reports • Maintain daily and weekly schedules in Microsoft Outlook at least two weeks in advance • Travel 70–80% in and outside the region

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Internet Explorer or Google Chrome • Experience with scheduling software • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) software • Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance required • Credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses • Strong background in the related industry • Sales and business operations experience • Ability to read a profit and loss statement • Restaurant experience required • Ability to travel an average of 70–80% of the time
