• Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly via email, messengers, and other communication channels • Qualify leads by understanding their experience and potential for cooperation • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of leads • Maintain and update records of leads, prospects, and deals in the CRM system • Upgrade existing flows to make inbound funnels more efficient • Develop customized proposals and quotes tailored to client requirements • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve service offerings and customer experience • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client challenges to maintain a competitive edge
• Excellent command of Spanish (B2+) and English (B2+), allowing you to communicate confidently with partners from Latin America and Europe • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Sales, BizDev, or related) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Results-driven and client-focused mindset • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Ability to work independently and structure information effectively • Experience with CRM tools • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude • Proactive, goal-oriented, and always ready to take ownership of outcomes
