📋 Description
• Plan and execute sprints and releases (grooming, retro, testing during the sprint/release, monitoring timely implementation of the sprint/release plan) • Monitor implementation of features according to task descriptions • Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and ensure team alignment (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) • Track and improve the process in Jira • Keep documentation up to date
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of proven Project Management experience in product companies • Good knowledge of management tools (JIRA/Confluence) • Experience in working with SCRUM teams • Knowledge of Project Management and Agile/SCRUM processes • Experience in running projects of 10+ peopleExperience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skillsHigh level of self-organization, ownership, and attention to detail
