📋 Description

• Provide expert VAT advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with UK, EU and global indirect tax regulations. • Develop and implement VAT strategies for clients that align with commercial drivers. • Build strong and trusted relationships with clients. • Work with leading experts across a range of advisory areas in multi-disciplinary teams. • Proactively use data and analysis tools to identify opportunities and risks for clients. • Liaise with HMRC and other tax authorities on VAT-related matters. • Stay updated on changes in VAT legislation and advise clients on the implications. • Train and mentor junior staff on VAT compliance and advisory matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional qualification in tax (e.g., CTA, ATT) or equivalent experience. • Extensive knowledge of UK and EU VAT regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience to identify and lead technology enabled solutions to client issues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and tax authorities
