📋 Description

• Carry out manual and exploratory testing across features and releases within an agile team • Own the QA process for assigned features from requirements through sign-off • Write, manage, and maintain test cases and scripts • Manage defects throughout their lifecycle, including logging, tracking, escalating, and verifying fixes • Review requirements with engineers and product managers, surface risks, and produce test plans • Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Collaborate with the broader QA team and other departments to ship quality products • Contribute to process improvements and raise the quality bar across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Good understanding of testing methodologies, test plan organisation, and technical requirements • Experience writing and executing manual test cases in line with project scope • Strong experience with QA testing on web or mobile applications • Experience with defect management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage workloads, and escalate where required • Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues • English sufficient for professional verbal and written exchanges • Relocation support is not available • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available • Experience with the Unity Engine or other interactive 3D tools • Experience in a QA role within the games or interactive media industry • Experience with backend or API testing • Experience building or contributing to automated test procedures
