📋 Description

• You are responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of Univention’s public presence — with the goal of positioning the company as a thought leader for digitally sovereign solutions in the public sector • You develop an integrated communications strategy, define core messages and narratives, and ensure a clear, consistent positioning in the media and public sphere • You build relationships with journalists, trade media and key influencers, and place Univention in relevant channels through interviews, guest contributions and statements • You support executives and product owners in positioning themselves as experts — e.g. through keynotes, articles, podcasts or panel appearances • You develop storylines, corporate narratives and content campaigns that showcase our positions, topics and technological expertise • You define meaningful KPIs and ensure transparency, efficient steering and the derivation of strategic recommendations through regular measurement and monitoring of media coverage and public perception • You maintain strategic relationships with opinion leaders, journalists and associations — and promote a culture of forward thinking and open discussion internally

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in PR, strategic communications or thought leadership, ideally in the context of politics, public administration or IT • You identify relevant topics, trends and narratives and translate them into compelling communication strategies • You write precisely, succinctly and with a confident style — in German and English • You are comfortable operating within the media landscape and build trust-based relationships with journalists and partners • You work independently, methodically and goal-oriented, bringing projects to reliable completion • You are passionate about technology, digital innovation and open source — and want to shape communications that create real impact
