• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field. • Availability to work across the regions of Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Belo Horizonte. • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales. • At least 4 years in leadership positions, preferably managing regional commercial teams. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management systems. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make assertive decisions. • Strategic vision and results orientation. • Adaptability and a focus on continuous improvement.
