📋 Description

• Provide the link between all internal and external customers regarding business requirements and software functionality • Gather and prioritise requirements from all stakeholders • Determine and assess feasibility and risk of requirements • Translate requirements into appropriate documentation • Facilitate workshops, interviews and product walkthroughs with customers, prospects and stakeholders • Manage and support Early Adopter customers, all stakeholders and third party partners regarding business requirements and software functionality • Undertake functional quality assurance on products • Handle customer and staff enquiries and ensure software fault resolution is factored into work prioritisation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a similar product design role, preferably in an agile working methodology • Good record of educational achievement • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or Graphic Design, or similar subject area • High level of accuracy and fluency in written and spoken English • Certified Scrum Product Owner is useful but not mandatory • Proven ability to multi task, and manage conflicting priorities in a pressurised environment • Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Products, Word, Powerpoint, Excel is essential
