📋 Description

• Role bridging client objectives with Unlock Health’s analytics solutions across multiple lines of business • Support existing analytics solutions portfolio, campaign reporting, and development of new analytic solutions and insights • Require consulting mindset, technical acumen, curiosity, and strong stakeholder communication • Gain understanding of products and services to create client value • Roll up sleeves to deliver a broad range of business solutions leveraging analytics • Ability to collate, wrangle, merge, and analyze data in tools like Tableau, LookerStudio, Excel, BigQuery, Snowflake • Focus on marketing measurement, claims data analysis, and revenue strategy • Identify opportunities for deeper analytics work, design solutions, source data, and develop insights • Emphasize critical and strategic thinking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred • Healthcare experience required • Agency or consulting experience preferred • 3+ years of proven experience in an analytics role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Minimum 2 years professional experience creating dashboards and reports within Tableau • Minimum 2 years professional experience with SQL
