📋 Description

• Frontier 연구 성과(LLM, VLM, Agent 등)를 실제 서비스 수준으로 개발·배포하고, 제품 및 기술 조직과 협업하여 프로토타입 → PoC → Product 전환 과정을 주도 • SaaS 및 엔터프라이즈 환경에서 AI 시스템의 구조를 설계·개발하고, 모델·데이터·서빙을 통합한 실행 체계를 구현 • 품질·성능·속도의 균형을 확보하기 위한 자동화·모니터링·배포 체계를 구축하고, 엔지니어링 효율을 지속적으로 개선 • Frontier Agent, ToolKit 등 차세대 AI 실행 프레임워크의 개선과 내재화를 주도하며, 기술 전파 및 표준화를 추진

🎯 Requirements

• Computer Science, AI, Engineering 등 관련 분야의 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 실무 경험 • 프로덕션 레벨의 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 경험 (API 설계, 모듈화, 테스트, 배포 등) • 하나 이상의 주요 AI 프레임워크(PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain 등) 활용 경험 • 협업 환경(Git, PR 리뷰, 문서화, 코드 품질 관리)에 익숙한 분 • 연구 성과를 실제로 작동하게 만드는 엔지니어링 실행력
