📋 Description

• You take on customers immediately after contract signing. • You are responsible for the entire journey up to go-live: configuration, integration, and coordination with Tech & Sales. • You manage your own customer portfolio proactively and for the long term. • You identify risks early and reduce churn through active communication — including by phone. • You present new features and products in calls and via email. • Regular online meetings with your key accounts are part of your routine. • You conduct contract and pricing negotiations confidently.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical aptitude (major plus) • Experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or web tracking • Knowledge of GTM, cookie tools, and tracking setups • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript; confident use of browser DevTools • Understanding of cookies and localStorage • Analytical mindset • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets including VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc. • Bonus: Basic SQL knowledge • Relevant professional experience in areas such as HR, account management, customer service, or comparable fields
