📋 Description

‱ Lead Product Marketing Manager, responsible for product positioning, market intelligence, and go-to-market strategies. ‱ Transform complex solutions into clear, differentiated messaging for target audiences. ‱ Own product positioning, lead market intelligence, and develop go-to-market strategies that articulate value proposition. ‱ Represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and customer-facing/internal events. ‱ Drive product positioning, market intelligence, and create compelling narratives communicating value proposition. ‱ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs and customer feedback. ‱ Produce clear product messaging such as product demos, success stories, blogs for sales and marketing. ‱ Provide the sales team with tools, training, and content (sales decks, case studies, demo scripts, product training). ‱ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging. ‱ Collaborate with sales leadership to define account-based strategies and optimize engagement across the buyer journey. ‱ Build relationships with industry influencers and analysts. ‱ Align marketing with customer needs and product capabilities; drive customer feedback loops. ‱ Track and report on KPIs including pipeline, engagement, revenue impact; ensure continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 10+ years in Product Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally targeting enterprise clients. ‱ Proven track record of marketing to industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Energy, or Chemicals. ‱ Strong understanding of predictive maintenance or AI/ML solutions. ‱ Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. ‱ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. ‱ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer messaging. ‱ Expertise in creating and executing go-to-market strategies.
