📋 Description

• Craft and own the product vision and roadmap; translate into features, functionality, and user experiences • Map user flows and supporter journeys; prioritize simplicity, intuition, and impact • Systematically gather and analyze market and product insights from customers, competitors, end-users, and internal teams • Make build vs. buy decisions; oversee integrations with CRM, payment platforms, analytics, and core systems • Simplify complex business workflows into clear specs, user stories, and deliverables; prioritize by impact • Drive rapid iteration, shipping high-quality scalable products and defining metrics (adoption, retention, ROI) • Partner with business stakeholders; build trust across teams and keep alignment • Manage a small product team and external vendors/partners; set culture balancing creativity, collaboration, and speed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading teams • Experience with LMS/LXP platforms strongly preferred • Experience building products for learning communities or skill-building/job readiness solutions (plus) • Portfolio of products showing vision, shipped at scale, measurable impact • Strong technical background: APIs, integrations, data models, SAAS • Deep focus on user experience: mapping journeys, designing flows, usability • Experience collaborating with executives, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders • Comfort managing budgets and trade-offs (invest, buy, cut) • Fluency in agile practices, discovery methods, and analytics • Passion for mission supporting immigrant job seekers
