📋 Description

• Co-create a long-term vision for activity tracking within Oura, including algorithms and new UX experiences that support our members during the workout moment. • Collaborate with scientists and designers to translate innovative research into user-friendly consumer features. • Work with the hardware product team to define new sensor and technology needs, as well as opportunities to leverage existing sensors for new features. • Work with developers to prototype, launch, and iterate on features that help users monitor their health. • Support the translation of product strategy into clear requirements, acting as a liaison between leadership and your team. • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders across the organization to ensure transparency in product development. • Partner with marketing teams to define strategies for launching new features. • Analyze data with data scientists to assess feature success and identify opportunities for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consumer app product management, including defining, building and scaling new features. Consumer health technology is a plus. • Experience working with data science, AI, or ML principles and their application in product development. • Familiarity working with hardware and firmware teams to deliver connected software experiences. • Strong business orientation, cross-functional approach, and communication skills to accelerate development and connect product strategy to business impact. • Experience building iteratively, applying analytical rigor and using data to inform product decisions. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones
