📋 Description

• Support high-impact tax projects tied to business growth, new structures, market expansion, and other strategic initiatives. • Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, external tax advisors, and other finance stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented tax support. • Help evaluate and implement tax considerations related to international expansion, and evolving business needs. • Drive process improvements that strengthen how the tax function supports the business and scales with company growth. • Take ownership of priority direct tax workstreams while balancing longer-term strategic and operational projects. • Build strong cross-functional relationships and help the tax team respond quickly and thoughtfully to complex, high-priority matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally including a mix of public accounting and in-house exposure. • Strong direct tax knowledge, including federal and state corporate income tax compliance and provision work. • Familiarity with international tax concepts and the tax implications of operating across multiple jurisdictions. • Experience supporting strategic tax matters, process improvements, or special projects beyond standard compliance work. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tax issues clearly to cross-functional partners. • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently in a lean, fast-moving environment.
