📋 Description

• Build and maintain the artifact lifecycle system governing movement between AI-assisted stages • Design schemas and traceability standards connecting requirements, use cases, and implementation • Author and maintain AI agent instructions and skills • Design, build, and deploy AI agents supporting the development lifecycle • Write Python/Bash automation enforcing schema and quality gates • Measure and score AI output quality and build feedback loops for continuous improvement • Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering stakeholders on shared standards and handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building production software or internal platforms • Hands-on experience designing agent instructions, prompt systems, or LLM-backed workflows • Experience with spec-driven or artifact-lifecycle systems integrated with AI • Experience building and deploying production AI agents, including architectures and orchestration patterns • Knowledge of testing, rubrics, evaluation datasets, LLM-as-judge approaches, and AI workflow observability • Experience designing structured data contracts using JSON Schema, YAML, or similar • Ability to partner with Product, UX, and Engineering stakeholders • Enthusiasm for emerging AI capabilities, platforms, tooling, and techniques • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with agentic coding and cloud agent platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Gemini • Strong Python scripting and automation ability • Hands-on experience with Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar • Git literacy, including branching, PR workflows, and cross-repository changes • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar • Ability to build and operate integrations with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday • Familiarity with MCP and CLI-based tooling
