📋 Description

• Work directly with the CEO • Turn the CEO's biggest priorities into clear plans and delivered results • Use data and financial analysis to sharpen decisions and improve performance • Build better workflows, dashboards, and lightweight tools with AI • Drive projects across operations, finance, and product • Remove blockers and keep teams accountable • Write decision memos • Run an operating cadence that moves the business forward • Help shape how the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working at a healthcare company • Meaningful ownership in strategy, BizOps, finance, product, or operations • Hands-on analytical depth in SQL/Python, workflow automation, or advanced financial modeling and investment analysis • Record of delivering cross-functional work and earning greater responsibility • Strong academic credentials, including a completed bachelor's degree • Clear writing and ability to turn a messy problem into a practical recommendation • Experience with a scaling healthcare business, health plans, Medicare/Medicaid, or value-based care • Qualified applicants from all backgrounds welcome
