• Respond to incoming leads within minutes of inquiry to maximize conversion potential. • Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients who have expressed interest through various channels (referrals, web forms, social media, etc.). • Educate potential patients on Metro’s services, answer questions, and schedule appointments. • Serve as the primary point person for our new CRM platform—assist with setup, data management, and continuous improvement. • Maintain detailed records of leads, communications, and conversion outcomes. • Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize lead sources and outreach strategies. • Provide feedback on marketing campaigns based on lead quality and conversion trends. • Assist with projects related to digital marketing, community outreach, and patient engagement as needed.
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, marketing coordination, or a related field (healthcare experience a MUST) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with new people daily • Detail-oriented and highly responsive, with a sense of urgency in following up on leads • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems; prior CRM experience highly preferred • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently • Based in one of the following states: Florida, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Georgia, Virginia, Rhode Island, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut
