This person will play a foundational role in converting inbound provider leads and warming up new markets outside of our core field team’s reach. This person will report into Craig Thompson (Head of Sales) and work closely with our Strategy & Ops, Marketing, and Partnerships teams. The goal is to build scalable systems that convert high-potential providers into loyal referral sources.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5-8 years of inside sales experience, ideally in health-tech or B2B SaaS • You’ve consistently exceeded quota in a high-volume, provider-facing environment • You’re systems-oriented and have built tools or workflows to scale yourself • You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build a motion from scratch • You’re comfortable with automation tools and creative outreach (e.g., video, sequenced emails) • You’re genuinely excited about Nourish’s mission and the impact we’re making in healthcare
