📋 Description

• Operate UserGems' security and compliance program day-to-day • Own SOC 2 and lead its implementation • Run the customer security questionnaire process • Action simple Drata findings directly in AWS • Oversee and extend existing scanner-findings automation in Linear • Conduct light secure code review • Tune GuardDuty findings and mature the IRP • Run annual external pen test • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes • Shape AI Security & Governance strategy for UserGems

🎯 Requirements

• You have personally owned a SOC 2 or ISO audit end-to-end • Working AWS knowledge • Can understand Terraform with AI help • High ownership and accountability • Excellent written English • Comfortable with async collaboration across Europe and the U.S. • Solid grasp of attacker techniques and modern application security (preferred) • Hands-on secure code review experience (preferred) • Comfortable tuning detection and running incident response (preferred) • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor experience (nice to have)
