📋 Description

• Anticipate and prepare the manager’s or team’s work • Financial monitoring and reporting • Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs (financial, QSE, SQCDP) • Management of REN / STLA prevention plans • Organize meetings and write minutes • Draft internal memos • Monitor sales flows, deliveries, and invoicing • Organize schedules • Keep the department organizational chart up to date and publish it monthly • Manage flows and orders: create ARC upon receipt of files (daily) • Track and update delivery dates (weekly) • Manage purchase requests in SAGE • Client relations and coordination: handle customer calls and requests • Greet clients and visitors on site • Provide logistical support during visits or internal events • Manage deliveries (vehicles / parts) • Act as the interface between internal departments and external contacts • Participate in the administrative and logistical support of all homologation (certification/approval) services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two-year post-secondary degree (e.g., BTS Assistant Manager, DUT GEA, or equivalent) • Prior experience preferred in a technical or industrial environment • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments • Initiative, collaborative mindset, and adaptability
