📋 Description

• - Interpret the client brief and collaborate with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects to create and develop creative concepts that complement and enhance the overall design and user experience • - Produce Interior Sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3d renders. • - Specify high-quality finishes, products and fixtures aligned with the project aesthetic and goals • - Produce FF&E documentations and packages • - Collaborate with procurement for sourcing and purchasing FF&E • - Coordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers. • - Design spaces that are suitable and optimized for a high end user experience. • - Adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionality • - Independently explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future projects

🎯 Requirements

• - A degree in Interior Design / Interior architecture, or equivalent • - Proven experience in Interior design within high-end residential / hospitality projects • - At least five to ten years of professional experience as an Interior Designer • - Advanced knowledge of material properties and solutions • - Ability to think from small to big scale in spatial setups • - Fluency in 2d/3d software such as AutoCAD, (3ds max, Rhino, Grasshopper Sketch-Up), and Adobe Suite programs (Id, Ps, and Ai) • - Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software (such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumnion, Vray, etc.) • - Interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of meeting high industry standards • - Portfolio sample of work (both professional and academic) • - professional level of English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus • - Ability to work remotely
