📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American data center market. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales goals. • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts. • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization. • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content such as articles, blog posts, case studies, and white papers. • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of compelling content across various platforms. • Develop and execute PR plans to enhance brand image and reputation. • Craft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to communicate company news and achievements. • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage. • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media. • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies. • Conduct analysis and research on social media marketing trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance specifically for the North American market. • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. • Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) to track metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. • Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth in the North American data center market. • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns. • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics. • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to key stakeholders. • Develop initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership. • Coordinate PR efforts and secure speaking engagements to amplify brand presence. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer support) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. • Communicate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness. • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and outcomes for senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field • MBA or master’s degree preferred • 5+ years in marketing with a focus on B2B technology or data center solutions • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, social media marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Magento) • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS • Proven experience conducting market research and competitive analysis specifically for the North American market • Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and analysis, including using social media analytics tools to drive engagement and optimize performance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, project management abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Strong portfolio of published work and demonstrated ability to create engaging content and execute effective PR campaigns.
