📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls from existing UW customers moving out and seeking to close accounts or transfer services • Handle calls from landlords closing UW accounts due to new tenants or sold properties • Support new occupiers moving into UW-supplied properties • Assist existing customers wishing to cancel services or close accounts • Meet call handling KPIs, including a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence • Hit sales targets, including New Occupier Move In and retention conversion percentages • Complete outstanding tasks and callbacks • Attend training and upskilling sessions • Participate in team huddles

• People person with great sales and service skills • Active listening and understanding customers' needs • Resilient and persuasive • A 'can do' attitude and motivated to improve yourself • Able to meet targets • Excellent relationship building skills • Able to meet call handling KPIs, including a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence • Successful candidates are subject to a background check
