📋 Description

• Manage successful execution of user experience and design projects • Ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget • Oversee end-to-end management of UX and design projects • Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with clients and stakeholders • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams • Conduct client presentations, status updates, and briefings in English and Arabic • Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Prepare project documentation and deliver detailed reports for stakeholders • Promote continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing projects in a UX agency or related industries • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting • Proficiency in project management tools such as Click Up, JIRA, Trello, or Asana • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and foster team collaboration • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail • Nice to Have: Strong understanding of the UX design process and workflows • Experience in the KSA and GCC markets • Background in UX/UI Design or familiarity with user-centered design principles • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX and design • PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
