• Sourcing and contacting potential applicants who fit the search criteria. • Read and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely manner. • Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms. • Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline. • Conducting interviews, taking and organizing interview notes. • Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date. • Complete and submit reports and metrics. • Other administrative activities related to the role.
