• Lead and guide the production team to ensure every pudding meets standards • Ensure ingredients flow smoothly and resolve production issues • Monitor and maintain production equipment • Track production targets and minimize waste • Help the team meet production goals
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to use your own initiative and actively participate in achieving team objectives • Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges • Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with occasional 6:30am starts
