• Lead requirement analysis, translating business needs into effective technical solutions • Scope and design smart, scalable Atlassian implementations • Configure, integrate, and deploy solutions aligned with best practices • Conduct system audits and deliver optimization recommendations • Deliver client training sessions and ensure smooth knowledge transfer • Act as the main technical contact and escalation point for client engagements • Guide consultants and share expertise across the delivery team • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders • Advise clients on how to maximize value from their Atlassian tools and Valiantys services • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with Sales on future engagements • Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with clients • Design and present tailored demonstrations, proof of concepts, or workshops • Share knowledge through documentation, blog posts, and community events • Stay up-to-date on the Atlassian ecosystem and emerging technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience delivering Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or similar enterprise tool implementations • Strong background in technical consulting, presales, or project delivery • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills — able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders • Experience mentoring others and driving technical excellence within a team • Atlassian certifications or willingness to obtain them
