📋 Description

• Draft memos, briefings, and reports to support the business processes of the sensing programs. • Assist in establishing repeatable processes, SOPs, and Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures within the ITIL framework. • Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). • Provide release and build documentation. • Create various documents such as white papers and analysis of alternatives. • Prepare briefing slides and draft demonstration scripts for sensing solutions. • Document meeting minutes for official meetings. • Contribute to the development of a sensing Lab Concept of Operations (CONOPS).

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2+ years’ experience in a DoD or federal environment with creating and maintaining technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and briefings. • Familiarity with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with DISA programs, cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, RMF), and DoD documentation requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Adobe Acrobat). • Ability to interpret technical diagrams, system architectures, and workflows. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
