📋 Description

• Client interface & relationship management: act as the central interface between internal departments and clients • Needs analysis & customer satisfaction: identify clients' individual needs and ensure satisfaction • Information & communication management: keep clients continuously informed about new benefits • Product development & innovation: further develop the existing benefits portfolio and implement innovative bonus models • Strategic consulting & system analysis: provide strategic advice and analyze existing benefits systems

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in enterprise/key account management, project management, or customer success management • Strong customer and service orientation • Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively • Able to work independently, solution-oriented, and in a structured way • Strong organizational skills and solid commercial/business know-how • Business-fluent German and English • Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
