📋 Description

• Lead a field-based team of representatives to drive the sale and promotion of clients’ selected products • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies • Meet and exceed sales goals • Hire, train, and develop the sales team • Execute the defined metabolic strategy including business planning and performance metrics • Provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions • Ensure compliance with Vanigent sales business guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree is preferred • At least 3 years of experience as a district or regional first-line manager • 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience • Endocrinology and Diabetes experience is preferred • Documented history and proven track record of sales success • Ability to meet travel demands - 70% field time and other travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends • Must pass background check and drug screening • Preference for the DSM to live in the district boundaries • Demonstrated ability to lead a District, create and execute strategic plans and drive results through others • Ability to develop, recruit and hire top talent • Exceptional communication skills • Strong analytical capability • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
