• Support an entire region of stores in loss mitigation • Develop loss prevention strategy for retail locations • Collaborate with retail partners to drive shrink reduction • Coach and train on loss prevention best practices • Investigate and resolve theft issues in the region
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in loss prevention • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Ability to read and interpret documents • Experience in analytics • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Wicklander and CFI certification strongly preferred
