📋 Description

• Manage client operations and build necessary infrastructure • Design systems and ensure team accountability • Audit existing client workflows for improvements • Maintain and optimize project management and communication tools • Serve as operational point of contact between clients, teams, and vendors • Resolve operational challenges and course-correct when necessary • Coordinate complex scheduling and project timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in operations, project management, or business management • At least 3 years of experience working full-time in a virtual or remote capacity • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • Confident and experienced use of Slack and Zoom • Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing CRM tools • Must have a track record of operational impact • A commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with evolving tools
