• Design and build systems that automatically provision and configure NVIDIA switches and InfiniBand fabrics, including integration with NVIDIA UFM • Build the control loop that keeps switch, VLAN, and VXLAN state consistent with platform intent, detects drift, and safely reconciles it in production • Build the NAT gateway and L4 load-balancing layer for tenant-cluster connectivity, including failover • Define network-layer behavior at large scale, including BGP route-table limits, convergence, failover, and link, switch, or gateway failures • Run automation on real AI Cloud environments, identify failures, and turn operational lessons into product behavior • Help decide what to build versus integrate with partner solutions • Write design and requirements documentation • Set standards for networking across vCluster products • Work alongside the CTO and a small R&D group, growing into ownership of the area
• Experience building network automation that configures switches, routers, or load balancers programmatically • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA UFM, NVIDIA Spectrum or Quantum switches, Cumulus Linux, or NVUE, including programming against their APIs • Strong command of InfiniBand, VLAN, VXLAN and EVPN, and BGP • Experience running networks at real production scale and fixing root causes with automation • Production coding experience in Go or Python • Use of version control and code review • Experience tuning fabrics for GPU training or inference workloads, such as RoCEv2, congestion control, rail-optimized topologies, or Spectrum-X • Experience at a GPU cloud, hyperscaler, or large CDN • Experience building L4 load balancers or NAT gateways, including with eBPF/XDP or DPDK • Contributions to networking or Kubernetes projects such as SONiC, FRRouting, Cilium, or MetalLB
• Equity • Bonus • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and eligible dependents (benefits vary depending on country) • Flexible working schedule • Workplace flexibility • Remote-first culture
