📋 Description
• Coordinating payroll processing for Saudi Arabia and other EMEA subsidiaries/branches in collaboration with the EMEA Payroll Manager. • Liaising with local payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll information flow. • Preparing and submitting monthly payroll input files, reviewing calculations from local service providers, monitoring tax and social security liabilities, and resolving payroll queries. • Collaborating with HR to address and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and comprehensively. • Supporting external annual audits by providing documentation and clarification on payroll-related matters. • Participating in payroll process improvement and enhancement projects as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an institution accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education. • Professional certification in payroll, HR, or accounting (e.g., SOCPA, CIPD) is an advantage. • Additional training in Saudi labor law, GOSI, or payroll systems is highly desirable. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an international payroll function within Saudi Arabia. • Experience in a Shared Services Centre is an advantage. • Native Arabic speaker: proficiency in English (written and spoken) required; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
