📋 Description

• Craft visually engaging, learner-centric product training courses enabling customers, partners, and employees to effectively use, administer, and configure Veeva products • Work under the direction of the Curriculum Manager, assigned SMEs, and instructional developers to shape eLearning modules and microlearning videos for role-based users • Given course objectives, product use cases, and technical resources, create immersive courses using Articulate Storyline • Work independently and cross-functionally with subject matter experts to create instructional content using realistic examples and hands-on activities • Reverse engineer internal content (presentations, webinars, documentation) into instructional content • Update and improve existing training materials and production methodologies to align with standards • Perform full quality checks and testing of eLearning courses in an LMS environment • Collaborate with instructional designers, vendors, stakeholders, and business teams to identify goals and expected outcomes • Apply knowledge of adult learning principles and theories to the development of course activities and interactions • Work with cross-functional team members to ensure team success and delivering value • Occasional travel for team meetings and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia development with audio, video, and/or animation using Articulate Storyline (required) • Experience with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond • Expert in developing eLearning courses utilizing Articulate Storyline • Superb attention to detail creating high-quality content and following content development processes • Superb technical troubleshooting skills working with pre-release software to create system simulations • Excellent analytical and writing skills for both technical and business user audiences • Strong ability to troubleshoot eLearning course issues and independently find resolutions • Detail-oriented with project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented individual who shows initiative and holds themselves accountable • Utilize adult learning methodologies and apply them to eLearning development • Nice to have: Experience using SnagIt and Monday.com • Nice to have: Degree in Graphic Design or Instructional Design • Nice to have: Experience with Veeva products • Nice to have: Experience with Learning Management System administration • Nice to have: Life sciences industry experience and knowledge of clinical trial process (preferred) • Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this position
