📋 Description

• You will take over the technical management and further development of our Webflow-based website. • You will continue developing the modular structure, create new components, and ensure a performant and scalable system architecture. • You will implement new features and integrations, e.g. via APIs, automations or external interfaces. • You will continuously optimize performance, usability, accessibility and technical SEO. • You will use modern AI tools to support coding, testing and the automation of development processes. • You will ensure through regular quality checks that all areas of the website function flawlessly from a technical perspective. • You will work closely with Design, IT and Marketing to ensure a technically and visually compelling user experience. • You will document developments and ensure a sustainable technical structure.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Webflow — especially in the development and maintenance of complex websites. • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. • Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codeium, or similar) for code generation, debugging or process automation. • Basic knowledge of API integration, automations (e.g., Zapier, Make) and connecting external systems. • Understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design and performance optimization. • Structured, self-directed working style with a high standard for quality. • Enthusiasm for innovation, technical advancement and interdisciplinary collaboration. • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
