📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for travelers before departure • Communicate with travelers by email and phone • Achieve monthly and quarterly customer satisfaction goals • Prepare travelers for upcoming trips in video meetings • Ensure travel documents are thorough, complete, and accurate • Organize transfers, flights, and additional services • Address passenger emergencies during trips and assist with claims processing afterward • Use AI tools to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience with strong and proven results • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to stay calm and focused in emergencies or stressful situations • Creative thinking focused on travelers' needs • Use of digital tools and openness to new tools • Team player with clear and respectful communication • Fluent spoken and written German • Confidence in English • Willingness to take on emergency shifts (24/7) during travel seasons • Experience in the travel industry (preferred) • Familiarity with CRMs or booking platforms (preferred) • Experience working with different types of clients (preferred)
