📋 Description

• Carry out scheduled work according to the Services Manager or Supervisor and site policies, schedules and procedures • Troubleshoot equipment problems as directed by site supervisors • Conduct risk assessments of equipment maintenance task lists and keep them valid • Update maintenance task lists and site documentation • Periodically review EWI/SOP documents to ensure they remain current and valid • Perform all site work in accordance with site EHS rules and guidelines • Work on equipment in all buildings and around maintenance shutdowns while following GMP rules and statutory requirements • Participate in mechanical and electrical plant room audits and follow up on actions • Maintain up-to-date equipment data, spares and maintenance man-hours in the CMMS system • Travel nationwide across multiple sites, primarily sewage treatment sites • Stay away from home when required to support operational needs • Participate in a periodic call-out rota providing 24/7 coverage for one week at a time

🎯 Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (2365) or equivalent NVQ Level 3 • Current and valid City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing certification • 18th Edition BS 7671 Wiring Regulations certification • Understanding of pumps, HVAC systems, compressors, boilers, steam systems, DHW skids, chillers, cooling towers, clean steam boilers and purified water systems • Ability to read and understand P&IDs and electrical drawings • Understanding of SOPs and GMP engineering systems • Willingness and ability to travel across multiple sites nationwide • Ability to stay away from home when required • Availability for a periodic 24/7 call-out rota
