📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customer renewal end-to-end, identifying and mitigating roadblocks at an early stage, in order to ensure a successful, on-time, execution of the contract. • Partner with colleagues in Customer Success and Sales teams to provide seamless support during renewals - especially in those renewal cycles that include expansion or add-on opportunity. • Identify and manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals to make sure we’re consistently aligned on requirements and have established Veracode champions within the account. • Review and understand contract terms and conditions, work closely with the finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant, and spearhead contract workflow within Veracode. • Identify opportunities to broaden Customer's use of the Veracode platform, document such leads and engage Sales to collaborate on expanding Veracode’s presence within the account. • Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams. • Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes for the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a related field or industry such as high tech, software, or a SaaS provider • Effective customer-facing communication skills. • Proven success and genuine enthusiasm working directly with customers. • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Customer Success, Product Management and Sales).
