📋 Description

• Oversee execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs with operating company leadership • Advise operating company leadership and align local ERP transformations with global Veralto objectives and VES • Keep programs on track across scope, timeline, budget, risks, and business outcomes • Establish governance structures, reporting cadences, and escalation mechanisms • Provide visibility into program health, risks, and execution performance • Drive cross-functional alignment across business, IT, operations, and external partners • Oversee consulting firms, systems integrators, and service providers • Ensure external partners meet commitments for timelines, budgets, quality, and outcomes • Support executive review of partner performance and coordinate escalation and remediation • Develop enterprise frameworks for AI, data, and technology initiatives • Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes • Create visibility into AI, data, and strategic initiatives across operating companies • Orchestrate cross-functional steering committees and build consensus around AI frameworks • Identify high-value opportunities and ensure execution oversight • Translate complex technical details and risks into business-impacting narratives for the Group CIO and senior executives • Develop executive reporting, dashboards, strategic updates, leadership presentations, and governance materials • Communicate program health, risks, and recommendations • Build consensus across stakeholders with competing priorities • Support KPI development and operational reporting frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives • Experience navigating mature, large-scale, decentralized, or heavily federated complex organizations, ideally globally • Experience establishing program governance frameworks, PMO structures, reporting mechanisms, and execution cadences • Experience managing large-scale programs involving consulting firms or systems integrators • Executive-level communication and experience partnering across multiple businesses • Exceptional diplomatic and listening skills • Ability to earn trust, build relationship capital, and drive execution across independent stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment and dealing with ambiguity • Track record of designing structures where none currently exist • Experience driving enterprise agentic AI adoption with positive P&L impact is advantageous • Resides in Chicago, Colorado, or Boston/Massachusetts area (preferred); exceptional fully remote US candidates may be considered • Able to undertake 10–20% travel • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
