📋 Description

• Build, lead, and scale Sea-Bird's product management function. • Manage and develop a team of product managers, ensuring portfolio growth and health. • Drive continuous improvement across product lines. • Act as the enterprise champion for disciplined product management. • Ensure cross-functional alignment and successful commercialization using Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools. • Oversee full product lifecycle management and set stretch goals for margin, quality, and delivery. • Embed customer and market insights into product decisions and proactively assess competitive dynamics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or similar field. • MBA is preferred • 7-12+ years of progressive product management experience successfully leading and developing product management teams, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment • Proven experience with full product lifecycle management, from launch through retirement • Familiarity with business case development, value proposition creation, and sales enablement • Adept at using enterprise systems/tools (e.g., Veralto Enterprise System or similar) for product planning and execution • Willingness to travel up to 20%
