📋 Description

• Act as the responsible contact person for customers throughout the entire product life cycle • Visit customers on site and solve problems from installation and preventive maintenance to electrical troubleshooting • Perform installation, start-up, warranty, post-warranty, and maintenance services for Municipal and Industrial equipment • Provide electrical and mechanical service and advanced troubleshooting • Train site personnel • Advise customers and partners to optimize use of UV equipment • Complete administrative work from a home office • Travel within EMEA and spend approximately 80% of time on customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• A post-secondary accreditation in an electrical or electronic discipline • Experience in working in a field service role or in an inhouse maintenance role within the Water / Wastewater / Industrial area • Knowledge and experience of working with PLC • Travel within EMEA will be required • Approximately 80% of time spent on customer sites, including overnights
