📋 Description

• Install and commission Videojet equipment at customer sites • Perform maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting on installed equipment • Support product demonstrations and trials alongside the sales team • Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and technical support • Identify improvement opportunities or service needs during customer visits • Manage service cases from diagnosis through resolution with a strong sense of ownership • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer performance and satisfaction • Travel regularly across North of the UK territory, starting from home • Attend occasional overnight stays depending on customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field service or technical service roles within an electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering environment • Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills in industrial or production environments • Valid driving licence • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory • Ability to work independently while managing multiple service tasks and customer needs • Experience with industrial coding and marking technologies such as CIJ, laser coding, labeling, or similar systems would be advantageous but is not essential
