📋 Description

• Conducting service, repair, and start-up of Trojan’s advanced water treatment systems at customer sites. • Perform electrical and mechanical testing, diagnose system failures, and assist customers in the maintenance of their UV systems. • Cultivate key customer relationships to interpret their needs and requirements. • Utilize fellow team members to efficiently and effectively service customers. • Support customers from startup through the purchase of their next Trojan system. • Solve problems, evaluate systems and/or processes to isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions as required. • Travel approximately 80% to 90% of the time within the U.S., with occasional travel to Canada.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Field Service experience • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Operations to resolve site-specific issues • Previous experience traveling for work. • Valid Driver's License • Valid passport to travel to Canada. • It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience: • Working with PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley, WAGO, and Siemens • Familiarity with gates and actuators • Knowledge of water treatment plant processes • Implementing LEAN thinking principles to enhance customer maintenance programs • Experience working with external Contractors and Engineers
