• Responsible for driving customer retention and equipment sales growth • Partnering with customers across a broad range of industries • Planning and prioritizing your own diary to work on both long term and short term projects • Managing sales activity through KPI’s and using corporate CRM (SalesForce.com) • Participating in regional/national trade shows and onsite equipment demonstrations at customers’ sites
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week • Proven track record in Account Management with evidence of sustained growth • Solution selling of capital equipment • Ability to take ownership over a broad portfolio of customers • Excellent attention to detail • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) is advantageous • Experience of solution selling into a manufacturing or production environment is preferable • An interest in technology • A background in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferable
