🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a closely related field • 7+ years of experience in epidemiological and biostatistical study design within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors • 3+ years of experience managing research study teams, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills • Comprehensive understanding of advanced epidemiological and biostatistical principles and their application in healthcare research • Proven ability in team resource allocation and project management • Strong client-facing skills with demonstrated success in building relationships in the healthcare analytics space • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, or STATA) and familiarity with SQL and Python • Solid experience working with clinical datasets and coding systems
