📋 Description

• Track work and document task details within issue and project management systems • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with guidance from senior engineers • Assist with routine administration and maintenance of cloud environments across AWS and Azure • Monitor cloud platform health, performance, and reliability while troubleshooting operational issues • Perform operating system patching, updates, and disaster recovery testing • Apply cloud security best practices in accordance with organizational standards and policies • Assist with application and infrastructure deployments through CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge base articles • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to support cloud operations and deployment activities • Participate in a shared on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms • Experience managing Windows and/or Linux systems, including user and group administration • Understanding of networking fundamentals including subnets, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and load balancers • Basic proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible • Experience using version control systems such as Git • Exposure to CI/CD tools and deployment workflows such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, OpenSearch, Nagios, or CheckMK • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively • Willingness to support occasional off-hours maintenance or operational activities as needed • Clear written and verbal communication skills
